Ce Côte de Brouilly Alchimie 2015 est un vin riche et dense. Issu d'un millésime ensoleillé, d'une sélection parcellaire des plus arides du Mont Brouilly (pierres bleues, lieu dit les Bruhliés), ce vin s'accordera à merveille sur des viandes rouges et des plats de caractères à épicés. Son élevage d'un an en fût finalise sa structure sur des notes boisées. Parfait à boire maintenant si vous souhaitez de la matière et une belle complexité en bouche. Le temps et il en a, lui amènera de la finesse.
