Personnellement c'est mon vin préféré du domaine ! Ample, structuré mais toujours frais. Issu de notre parcelle la plus précoce (tournée au levant) sur le lieu dit Pierreux. Les vignes ont plus de 80 ans, les raisins sont souvent petits et serrés, ce qui lui amène de la concentration mais également de la richesse et complexité. Les fruits rouges et noirs sont toujours présents. L'élégance et la finesse des tanins peuvent permettent de la garder longtemps mais pourquoi attendre lorsque c'est si bon.
