Cette cuvée "nature" est issue du coteau sud ouest du Mont Brouilly. La diorite (pierre bleue) est juste au dessus de la route, mais son terroir à elle c'est du granite réduit en sable avec l'âge. Le sol est pauvre, la pente est douce. La vigne regarde la vallée au loin. Le vin est frais et concentré, riche et souple à la fois. Des notes de fruits noirs, de pivoine se mélangent. Les tanins sont présents. Il y a de la matière et beaucoup de finesse. Le terroir est là, on le sent.
