Issu de notre parcelle de Chardonnay, c’est un vin plein d’audace tout en fraîcheur. La bulle est fine et forme un délicat collier de perles. Les arômes d’agrumes, floraux ou minéraux accompagnent fraîcheur et élégance en bouche. Il se parfume de fleurs blanches, d’agrumes ou de pomme verte. Avec le temps, les arômes évolueront sur des notes de fruits à noyau comme l’abricot, la pêche et le pain grillé.
